Leaving UK AND APPLY FOR ENTRY CLEARANCE

I am here in Uk with my British partner married for uk visa.

I have applied for further leave to remain as a family member of British partner but home office rejected my application because they said you had no leave before you applied for this application
And as me to go back home Pakistan and apply for entry clearance application


Will by immigration history becomes a problem if I return an and apply ?

I am here since 2012 on student visa in 2015 my colleague revoked and then I made application based on further leave to remain which was also rejected

Are you legally married to your British partner?

I made application after 2015 for further leave to remain based based in private life. Which was rejected. And then It went to first tribunal and dismissed and then to upper tribunal and then dismissed.
Then I applied for another leave to remain with was also rejected
Then I met my in London. I am married to her and then I made application for leave to remain on private life which was refused as it was only religious marriage.
By July 2019 I married in UK AND Applied for further leave to remain which was refused on the basis that I overstayed in country

I am legally married to my wife in UK
