You wouldn't want to do that atleast for an year hence mate. Every IT stream has taken the beating and there are loads of people already in the UK jobless with skillsets in every IT skill you can think of.

Think the OP needs a lil more help and insight in making the decision to quit and come here.....
1. Time lines for securing a job can be anywhere between 2 to 6 months
2. Expenses - while jobless you need atleast £400 to £700 a month
3. Risks - Do you have a family? Do you have any monetary liabilities back home? Can you or those depending on you afford you being jobless for 6 months?
4. Have researched the market in the UK for your domain of work? Do you really have niche skills that will be in demand here and make you stand out? There are so many skilled people here that noone knows what the word 'skilled' means anymore
5. Will you be able to return after 6 or 8 months back home and pick up from where you left things career wise?

Asal - Think of all these things and then make your decision. The question you put is seriously quite immature. How can anyone on a forum give you the right advice without even knowing who you are and how good you are? And even then, if someone says 'Sure, come here, you will get a job' will you blindly come without do any background work??

Please, think twice, assess yourself and grow up. You cant depend on a few posts in a forum to decide your own future, can you???
