Hi All,

I need your advice.

I came UK in Nov-2013 with Tier 2(ITC) for 3 months. My Tax code is 944L.

1. May i claim my tax payee and NI. I am leaving permanently from UK. I read hmrc's p85?

2. May i claim my shopping's VAT? and please suggest the procedures.

3. Can i get rebate on house rent. I am paying to my company.
