legacy case

hi all
i got question i hope anyone have answer for my question.im failed sylum since january 2006 but i got married to eea national in 2008 we got devorce after two years .i got my 5 years resident 2009 but i know i losst all my right after the divorec my friend ask me to look if my case still under the legacy case i checked online and i found that im still under legacy case and that can leed to ILR .i send my photo to the home office informed them about my adress thats all im waiting for them to replay.am i intitle to ILR even after divorce?what about my 5years perment resident as family member?i didnt mention to the home office about my divorce.i dont know how come im still under legacy case even if they give me 5years visa?please help
