legal action against UKVI

I would like to request Information

Does an applicant has right to take a legal action against UKVI
if the applicant has provided sufficient time and have paid a
substantial fee to the respected agency for their services and if
the decision has not been made within the six months time frame
then why the fees paid is not refundable.



My Final request is to kindly respond to query and point
raised in question above

The reason for my question is that you can only really bring legal action if there's been a breach of contract or they have done something against you.

By paying the fee - you've requested they process a visa. They've given you a guideline time of 24 weeks. It's not a contract to hit that timeframe.

They haven't, yet, failed to deliver their services.

You're better off contacting your MP to help expedite it.
