Is it legal to work as a contractor under TIER2 Dependant

Hi Experts,

This might seem as a dumb question but still have no other option than asking it...

Does the current immigration laws allow a TIER2 General Dependant to work as a contractor in UK ?

Would appreciate your take on this.

Other than the restriction specified under 319D(b), there're no other.
