Length of stay away of Dependent from UK

Hi,

My Visa (T2-ICT) and my wife's(dependent) visa is valid till Sep 2019.
She was with me in UK but went back to India in Aug-2018 due to pregnancy and now we have our little girl but both mother and daughter are in India. I am planning to apply for dependent visa of daughter in March-2019.

Will there be any problem to apply dependent visa of daughter if my visa validity is less than 6 months (or is there any criteria of validity to apply dependent visa)?
Or Will there be any hurdle for wife due to long continuous away from UK while travelling in March-Apr 2019?

Please advise to take a move accordingly.
