Letter for further supporting document

Hi,

My employer submitted RCOS applicaiton on 28th June, and nothing has came back since then. I would like to know if the HO will send a letter to request for supporting documents via post or email? Other than checking the application status by logging in to SMS, is there any other way to track the application?

Unfortunately SMS is the only way to track your application when you apply for COS. Only Employer will receive email notifications if they need any additional documentation. You cannot do anything in this case.

My employer has finally received the letter this morning!! Thank you for your reply:)
