Letter from Tier A Rated Sponsor

Post by eksitara » Tue May 11, 2010 9:30 am

Hello every one,

I have a small query.I am about to apply for tier 2 visa next month in croydon PEO.I have got sufficient funds for myself but I do not have enough funds for my wife.

Now my wife is going to apply from abroad and i want a letter from my employer saying if necessary they will accomodate and maintain my wife.(my employer is Tier A Rated Sponsor)

1) What exactly should my employer write in the letter??Any draft copies!!Should it make reference to my wife??

2) Do i still need to provide my bank statements??

3) On another note when my employer wants to raise a CoS they should choose the the most closest job title from code of practice (does it need to be exactly same as my job).In providing my job description on CoS should they provide complete description or just a summary of it.

I would appreciate some help on these matters as they r quite confusing..

Its strange i expect this question to be answered I have gone through all forums but no mention about these small things which is major reason for applications to get refused.

Any senior members or anybody expereinced this please do reply?
