Letter of support (accommodation)

My husband and I (if we are sucessful with his visa appliation) will be staying in my Mum's house when we go back to the UK. We will obviously need a letter from her to support us in our application. She wasn't sure what she should write. Does anyone have an example of a letter of support for accommodation?

Also does it help to have some photos of the house to send with the letter to support?

if you are staying with your mother than you need to include her title documents if it's freehold property, otherwise details of her mortgage if it's not.
The letter just needs to briefly say that she owns the property, how big it is/ number of bedrooms and that she is happy for you and your spouse to stay there rent free, and will have bedrrom for your exxlusive use. She can also mention if you'll be contributing anything to the running of the house.
You can include pics of the house as well.
