Letter with Tier1 Visa?

Hi,,
Do we get a letter/supporting document accompanying Tier1 visa? We got our stamped passport back along with all the submitted documents, but no letter.

Please clarify..

Those with Tier1 visa...plz reply...did u get a letter or just the stamped passport?

No, I did not get any letter. I guess people applying from India are not getting any letter just visa stamped in passport (if approved).

No letter, only Stamped visa.

HSMP approval letter was needed to apply for EC, so was a crucial formal document.

But why would you want to possess a Tier 1 approval letter when th vignette in your passport certifies a Tier 1 application aproval.

Just a thought!
