is level 7 PGD awarded by listed body invalid?

is level 7 PGD awarded by listed body invalid?

it was not mentioned on UKBA website that PGC,level 7 PGD awarded by a listed body is invalid to score points under UK Qualification.
now they have removed the whole `listed bodies' section from website,
dont you think it is not right for genuine students who have already applied with documents from the listed bodies? than these `STUDENTS' who are just waiting for some miracle to happen!
