Liability orders

Post by notthedarkeststar » Mon Jan 20, 2025 10:51 pm

I'm due to renew my skilled worker visa soon. A while ago I received a liability order for council tax but I didn't know about it so it was unpaid for a year. It's been paid off as it was a very small amount (less than the court costs). Can I leave it out of my application form at the court judgment and good character questions (and can I leave it out if I get to ILR)?
