Limit on Tier 1 extension

Hello,

I want to know is there any limit on the applications number which will be allowed to get Tier 1 extension, or everybody who passes the requirements will get the extension without any problem?

Can it happen, that required points for the extension will be changed? For example persons who got Tier 1 After 06/2010 need to get 75 points to get an extension, so can this 75 changed to 80,85, etc ?

Nobody can see into the future. At this point in time, there is no limit.
