Limited Company Director with arrears

Hey guys,
I am due Naturalisation from few years but didn't get time to apply for that, now i am collecting all the information to apply for Nat,
I have few questions to ask if someone can help me,

1: 10 years employment history is difficult to get, as I have always worked temporary jobs all my life for maximum 2 months and then again changing the job.
2: I setup a restaurant in 2019 and also registered a limited company which went in heavy loss, the company is set to close with loans and creditors, but it is still in process of closing, one of the creditors is HMRC,
want to ask if this will effect the good character requirement, and shall i mention about this company in natuaralisation application?
