Hi,
I am the Director of a limited company.
I am paid the gross income on weekly basis into my Business account and then I transfer the Net profits + Net Pay ( salary + expenses) equivalent amount to my personal account. However, in the payslips, the Net Divided and Gross dividend is showed as drawn from Business account, only on monthly basis. Now, when I prepare the dividend vouchers, do I show the Net Dividend as drawn at various times in a month as it is never paid as a single payment and not as a Net/Gross dividend amount for a Limited Company.
Those who have gone through similar situation, could some one please help me with this. Thank you for your time in advance
