LIMITED LIABLILITY COMPANY evidence required

Post by Karen07 » Thu Nov 01, 2007 9:52 pm

Hi,
I have worked in the UK for 5 months and 6 months in NZ (1 month unemployed while moving). I want to use my 6 months NZ earnings on a prorata basis to gain points but I understand I still have to provide evidence of my earnings in the UK? I have worked here as a temp worker under my limited company however I am really confused about what evidence I have to provide for this or where to get it from. If anyone can assist I would be highly grateful! THanks

Thanks for that.
I have worked under a limited company here temping, what evidence will I have to provide and where do I get it from? (Does limited liablity come under self-employment)?
If I am not gaining points on the UK income will proving that I have worked be enough? Such as an statement of earnings (and tax paid) from my accountant?
Thanks!

Hi,

Go to http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/6353/1 ... idance.pdf

Read Page 27 of 33 and page 28 - 30 of 33. I believe it will help you.

You can click directly on the link or paste on your browser.

I wish you success...

Hi,
Yes. Limited Liability comes under self employment. You can verify this on the weblink I have provided in my earlier response.

Please, take your time to read the requirements and make sure that you can provide all Companies house business registration docs,HMRC registration for tax, all contractual arrangements for the period claimed, not less than 4 months and business must have been trading for not less than 4 months.

If have any question, please,pm me. May God help us all. I have done same with my FLR and can advise in my little way. Got my extension.

Have a nice day.
