list of documents needed for a relative to visit from non EU counry to the UK please?

Does anyone have a list of documents needed for a relative to visit from non EU counry to the UK please? I am a British Citizen and my wife is also now a British Citizen, she is orginally from Albania. We would like her parents to visit us in the UK. They are Albanian Citizens and live in Albania. We would like to get them a family visit visa to visit us for 2 weeks. I think this is the correct word for the visa? Please can someone give us a list of exactly what documents they and we need and if anything from them needs to be translated into English and then signed by a notary etc? Thanks all in advance.

Can you as the relative in the UK complete the online form on behalf of your relative living abroad?

Also does the online form for the standdard vistor vistor ask you to upload all the documents at the end? or will my relative need to take all the documents to a certain place near where they live?

I assume you should get instructions at the end of the application as to what documents to provide (or load) and next steps, i.e. if appointments are needed. Perhaps other members here can comment as to the exact process.
