List of Forms for fresh Tier 1 General

Any other forms? Also somewhere i heard we need to enter bank brach details..which form is that?

pbsappendix1 (Self-Assessment) 4.11 Provide full contact details that will allow each of the documents provided to be verified if necessary. Please also provide here any additional information or explanation of the documentation provided, that will assist the Entry Clearance Officer in their consideration of the earnings being claimed.

No additional form, fingerprints they will take at VFS at the time of submission of your application.

I do not know about your place but where I applied only the applicants could enter, after security clearance, taking off cell phone, bags, etc. Only documents we could take in. If you have very well arranged application materials, and there is no other person waiting ahead of you, may be less than 30 minutes would be enough. Do we need to write any covering letter for this.? and so, shall i keep the letter on this page.? or should be in the main page.?
