Friends,

I got couple of doubts in here, can you please advice on them....

1) How different is the interview process in London from that of India.
For Example - IF i go for a Java interview in India, I'll have one technical round or maybe two, one HR round and that's it done. Can you guys detail on Interview process in UK.

2) Can you guys suggest me some good job sites for UK jobs. In India its either naukri.com or monster India. Similarly, can you people suggest me some powerful job sites, that employers frequently visit.
