Living in Germany, but still working in the UK

Post by gaz f » Tue Jan 16, 2007 11:09 am

My partner and I plan to move to Germany in the summer, which is her home country btw. I work in the offshore business on a rota which gives lots of time off so I intend to stay with my current employer and still work here in the UK. Does anyone know how it will work regarding taxes? Is there a certain amount of time I need to be in the UK to only pay UK taxes, or will I have to pay taxes in Germany?

Thanks,
Gary.
