living with parents, accomm requirement what do I need?

Hello I wanted to know what do I need as I live with my parents and am applying for spouse visa, I have a job and 2k saving. My parents have a 4 bedroom house, I dont pay rent so do I need a letter from parents andsaying they will allow me to live there rent free and a estate agents report?

Yes and also proof that they own the house. If they don't own at and are renting you need a letter of permission from the landlord as well.

What kind of proof?? Like utility bills and council tax letter?

Land registry docs showing they own the property. Also, most recent mortgage statement showing they are up to date.

No this does not prove ownership. I have to pay council tax and bills where I live but I don't own this place!

For registered property (which most residential property in the UK is) you can use the Land Registry's property search page to find the register of title and to print copies (for £4).
