Living at Uk with Spanish resident Card

Hi.

I´m Venezuelan, I´ve been married for more than 3 years with a brittish citizen, but we live in Spain and I have a spanish resident card, they called "Communitarian Resident Card"

Shall I live at the Uk with that card?, or I must to apply for a diferent kind of visa or so.

No chance, sorry. You'll need a UK visa. Start at http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk

You should strongly consider applying for a spouse visa under the Immigration Rules, as this will be a quicker way for you to get UK permanent residence and British citizenship compared to the "EEA Family Permit". If you can show you have been together for 4 years, you can get a permanent spouse visa.

Are you eligible for Spanish citizenship?

Yes I can apply for a Spanish passport in a couple of year.
