Long Residence application with Covid19 exceptional assurance

Hi,

Im due to apply for ILR (10 year route) next week, however, ive had 3.5 months Covid19 exceptional assurance’. Im not sure whether to apply now or wait for some time then apply. Could you advise meon what to do please.

No time spent under paragraph 39E of the rules counts towards the lawful 10 years. This means any time spent under exceptional assurance will not count and you need to make up for it, before applying under the long residence

@zimba does it just not count? It does not nullify the previous years/time? Thanks
