Long residency SET(LR) being on FLRM visa

Post by Ziamo » Sun Mar 20, 2022 1:37 am

Hi
I would like to know if my wife will be eligible for ILR on long residency route.
She has first entered the UK in April 2012 on Tier 1 General dependant visa then in September 2014 it was switched to FLR(M) after my ILR. Now in April 2022 it will be 10 years for her being in the country lawfully, can she apply for SET(LR) or she have to wait for her FLRM indefinite route which will be completed next year.

Your advise and suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks

Possible. However, when did they initially grant FLR(M)? If it was over 5 years ago, then isn’t she also eligible for SET(M) now?

Is she on 5yr or 10yr route on her current leave?

She was on 10 year flrm route due to financial, but on last extension she was switched to 5 year route again now.
