Hello,

Long residence is 10 years in your case...If I understand your question right.

There is the so called 7 year concession, which only refers to children who have lived in the UK for 7 years and are under 16...This policy refers to mostly children of illegal entrants and/or failed asylum seekers...

Hypegal3,

Regarding your Diploma programme, your uni will accept you but you will have to pay overseas fees as you hold a student visa.

Biggie.
