Hi Looking for help

I have a got a traffic offences and is charged with dangerous driving and to be faced with magistrates court.

After a week of the incident i have to apply for my PSW application, based on friends advice i did lied to ukba that i didnt have any offences charged against me to be tried in court. I was in a shocked and confused state, and my application is in process.

Is it possible for me to tell the truth now and reapply again. There is no decision made yet. Can I withdraw my application and reapply explaining this to them.

Please tell me the consequences of this mistake i made without thinking.

well, send 'change of circumstances' form ASAP.

you could be refused visa and given a ban of upto 10 years for using deception in your app....

change of circum. is better way to doing stuff rather than withdrawing the app

Thanks a lot arsenal and very sorry for the late reply. I have used representative service for my psw application. I have explained them the same and my representative have written a letter on my behalf but didnot send any change of circumstances form in specific. Do i need to send them again. My application with ukba has now crossed more than 14 weeks but there is no reply from them yet on my application.I have a social occasion in my home country next month I really wanted to travel for that . Is there are any chances for me. Please advice. Thanks
