Looking at moving to new york but unsure whats the best opti

Post by mattj » Mon Mar 14, 2011 1:13 pm

Hi,

Would be really grateful if someone could give me some advice on the best way to get a Visa in the US.

I am 28 year old male with a degree, and have been working in the recruitment industry for the last 7 years, but due to some recent problems with my employer I have decided to try and move to New York. I already have 4 cousins living there at present and they are all have there green cards etc, they also own the own construction business and have offered me a job to get me going and a place to stay.

The only problem is that I have a DR10 from 5 and a half years ago and im unsure whether I have to declare it, as I have read so many contradicting stories.

Please could someone tell me if they feel I have a good chance of getting a Visa and whether the drink driving conviction would be a problem?

Many Thanks

Matt

There was several ways to obtain new Green card. Not all ways are easy to obtain green card, there are certain requirement.

* Winning a lottery program.
* Family-Based Green Card.
* Employment-Based Green Card.
* Refugee Status or Asylum may apply for a Green Card.
