I am in a similar situation with my wife (Chinese) having her BRP lost or stolen during our holiday abroad. We are going to get the one use visa to get her back. She has ilr. I was wondering if your wife has managed to get a replacement BRP and how long it took? The home office hotline told us it would take 6 months which sounds horrendously long and would be highly disruptive to her work (lot of travelling required) and our life on general (both our elderly parents love abroad). Any feedback / tips from your experience would be a huge help
