Hello,

I have lost my EEA3 permanent residence card that was blue if anyone is familiar does anyone know how to receive a new one? Thank you very much.

I am not exackly sure which eea i had but it was blue and folded so i guess from googling i understand it was eea3 form since it was blue, folded of 3 sides. Is anyone familiar? Would you know how i can receive a new one?
