Ask your employer and your employer will re-issue the same to you. Alternatively you can also contact HMRC(who may ask you to ask your employer in first instance).vipul1981 wrote:HI Can you please help me.
I am due to apply for ILR in 2011 under April 06-Nov-09 category.
I was just making sure that I have all necessary documents and noticed that I am missing 2 P60s, which I assume I have lost. What option do I have?
Regards
The employers can't give out another copy but you can ask for a statement of earnings from them which is a sort of unofficial P60.vipul1981 wrote:Hi Chetan
Thanks for ur prompt reply.
My employer has told me that they can not reissue a P60. Also i changed employment and one of the P60s is from previous employment.
What document can I ask from HMRC, which will serve the purpose?
Thanks
Employer can issue duplicate P60. Following link shoud help. In this cases, employer should be contacted in first instance. If employer is not willing to cooperate HMRC can either intervene. I had similar issue with my P45. I asked HMRC and they asked me to contact employer and also preserve all the communication(just in case if you need to escalate to HMRC for the same).meats wrote:The employers can't give out another copy but you can ask for a statement of earnings from them which is a sort of unofficial P60.
