Low academics = Visa rejection?

Do they reject visa if you have low academic score?
I got offer for Masters, my undergraduate score is 2ii (lower second class) from India.

IELTS score - 7.0

Thanks for replying. I was just scared to apply for visa if this might be the reason for rejection.

If the University is happy to offer you a place with that result and IELTS score then you do not have to scare about that. So you better should start taking preparation for your interview. Do some research about the course, about the university etc.
