According to the report the salary scale to become eligible for ILR is 31000 - 49000 pa.

my question is when is it applicable?? does the current tier 2 visa holder come under this new rule?? when this recommandation become the rule??

I am applying for ILR on 5th december 2011. Is it going to affect me??

seniors please give some of your thoughts..
