Made application for switch to Tier 4 then UKVCASshutdown - questions

Hello,

Applying for Tier 2 ICT -> Tier 4 General

1. Any estimation on turnaround times for approval once UKVCAS reopens? My appt is now May 11 (after they rescheduled three times).

2. After the interview, I assume I will receive an approval letter and then later a BRP - can I work using just the approval letter? Or does it all come at once 4-8 weeks later? (standard service)

3. I have changed house in the months since I made my application - how can I change my address with UKVCAS?
