E mail from Hsmp Does this mean rejection

Dear friends

I have received Mail from HSMP team as follows

"
> A decision has now been reached on your application
> under the Highly Skilled
> Migrant Programme. I understand that you may wish to
> have your documents
> transported by courier. Unfortunately, the HSMP team
> are unable to make
> courier arrangements on your behalf. Although we are
> more than happy to
> facilitate your use of a courier, we request that

> payment and collection arrangements with the courier
> service in question.

"

Dear friends does this mean that my file has been rejected .
I was pursueing my file with extreme continuity and was receiveing mail from HSMP team continuously

My ref no is 126**
submitted in jan 2004
do you think this is routine mail or my application has been rejected out of turn due to followup .


did any one of you receive such a response .

what should i reply to HSMP and how to proceed with this mail now .

It does not mean a rejection nor does it mean an approved application

This would most probably be an approved case. Do arrange courier to pick your docs+approval letter
