Maintainanace funds

I am on tier 1 general visa and my wife has yet to join me in UK:

I need to know what maintenance funds do I need to show for in country extension application?
I am in UK for more then 12 months while my wife would join me just two months before my extension application filled.
I am also planning to leave UK for 3 weeks two months before the extension application filled, Does it means i have to show Out of country amount?

There is no out of country maintenance sum; it's closed.

So what about dependent maintenance funds?

Your post refers only to your extension. There was no question concerning the maintenance for a dependant application. I even quoted your exact words in my response.

That is not relevant. All that matters is that you have resided in the UK for at least 12 months. If this is the case she shows the reduced amount.
