Maintainence - Bank Statement

Hi

Regarding bank statement of Maintainence of funds
"For applications made either in the United Kingdom or overseas, all evidence must be dated no more than one month before the application is submitted."

Will it be okay if the bank account statement is taken on 12th Feb and we submit the application on 22nd Feb.

This might sound silly, but Im in such a situation.. Requesting your valuable inputs.

With the 12 February statement if you apply on 11th March also it is fine..

22nd Feb is much within the 1month period
