Maintanance Required for HSMP (Juducial Review) Dependant

My wife got renewed HSMP (Judicial Review) visa from UK
What are the minimum funds requirement to apply for dependant visa for child and husband if applying outside uk , can dependant show their funds instead of main applicant? if depedant earned all money within uk in 2 year of hsmp visa of 1st stage?

please reply asap
