Maintanence funds required when changing sponsor in uk

Hi everyone.
I need to know how much money do i need to show in my bank when i am applying within uk and changing my sponsor. I am here in uk from last eight months and was doing acca but i couldnt pass any paper, my attendance is 68% till now i can improve it yet. I am doubtfull do i need £7200 or £1600 in my bank???

Maintenance (funds) needed for Inner London::: Course fees and £800 to cover living costs for each calendar month of the course up to two months

Maintenance (funds) needed for outer London oranywhere else in the UK:: Course fees and £600 to cover living costs for each calendar month of the course up to two months.

If you have already paid tuition fee then you need to show ONLY 1600 Pounds or 1200pounds depends on where you are studying in the UK.

This is incorrect as to qualify for established presence you need to either have completed a course that was at least 6 months long or be continuing on the same course having completed at least 6 months of that course.
