Hello Everyone,
The scenario is as follows:
I am offered a job in a UK company as a one year placement, therefore I decided to apply for a PSW permit. I satisfy all the requirements, although I am not sure about maintenance.
i am applying from outside the UK. in the requirements, from what I understood, it says that I need to show a balance of 2,800 for three months prior to the date of submitting the application and must not fall below 2,800 in the first three months period. (is this right?)
I currently have the amount in my account but it hasn't been there for three months, (the amount has been in my account for only one month). there is no problem with the amount remaining in the account for the remaining period of 3 months. also I already have a job offer in which the company is sponsoring me by paying me a yearly amount.
does this satisfy maintenance requirements? will this affect my chances of being accepted for a PSW?
I need to satisfy the maintenance requirements, therefore what is the best thing to be done in this scenario?
Is there any way that I can "freeze" 2,800 pounds in my account for lets say 6 months? and get a letter from the bank confirming that this amount will stay in the account for that period? is there any other way of doing this?
your advise is highly appreciated.
Many Thanks.
