Maintenance fund clarification

Hi,

I submitted my Tier 1 application. I had maintained RS 2,35,000 for period form 07-09-10 to 08-12-10. I have maintained the amount not below 2800 pounds during this three months period. I checked that with Onada calculator and it shows the pound rate to INR maximum is 73.

The clarification i want to know is.. Do the case worker consider the amount during that period's rate or the rate at the date when he is working on the application?

I mean when he is acessing my application on say 16th december. Will they consider the rate at 16th december and check that?
