Maintenance fund dilema

Hi there,

I am showing maitenace fund over £800 from 9th Feb 09 to 8th May 09. I have got statements ready for the above mentioned period. is that a complete period of three months? my statement date is 9th of every month, I recieved May statement uptill 8th because is 9th is Saturday. So from 9th of Feb till 08 of May. am fulfuling the criteria of 3 months or should I do something about the one day?
advice on this would be appreciated.

you can use your bank statement of Jan which should cover till 8th of Feb?. So 8th of Feb to 8th of May?

(or)

you can get the online printout of May month with seal and signature from the bank
