maintenance fund

hi all ,i need the advice of my seniors.is it possible that i keep funds in my a/c for 28 days and then after taking the statement from bank ,can i withdraw this amount from bank to pay for CAS and other expenses? and when i am applying to home office there will be no money that i maintained for 28 days or i have to keep the whole money in my a/c until the visa is processed?

These funds can be withdrawn for paying tuition fee and cost of living but if ukba feel some suspicion regarding the genuineness of funds then they may ask the recent bank statement. In that case if funds have really been used for tuition fee and cost of living then it should be fine.
