Maintenance Funds - Anyone with FDs and Cash Balance

Hi is there anyone using or has used Fixed Deposits and Cash balance as a mix of funds for "Maintenance Funds" requirement.?

Can you please put in here the language used for the cover letter or certificate showing the same ?

I am in a fix as to how to document it .

Fix Deposits can not be used to show Maintenance Fund.

Maintenance funds means funds require to maintain your everyday life in UK, so no FIXED DEPOSITS. Sorry

Yeah i did Chetan and I could not find much on it .. ..
I am going to write my own and post it here for you guys to check it out.

You can re-invent wheel if you like. But there are lot of discussion around these in thie forum.Here is Fixed Deposit Link. There are various cash balance discussions too.

Chetan I went through the thread and would like to add that .. no one has been able to confirm there that what worked for them. - an actual tested letter format.. guess you are right will need to dig deeper.. but which is the best as per you ..
