Maintenance Funds criteria under Leave to Remain(HSMP ext.)

Dear all,

I am currently applying for an extension of Leave to Remain (under HSMP) under the new Point Based System. I had a query regarding the Maintenance Fund requirement. In the Form it says that a certain amount needs to be deposited and maintained in the personal bank account for both applicant and dependant.

Since I was not aware of this new requirement I have not maintained appropriate amount in my personal bank account. But since I am the director of the company I have saved money in my companies saving account.

Can I submit the bank statements of my company savings account? Can you please let me know what other alternatives I have?
