Maintenance funds for dependants

Dear all,

I am new to this forum....

Can anyone tell me what minimum fund should I maintain for my wife who is in India to apply for a PSW (Tier 1) dependent visa if I am living in the UK for more than 12 months? Is it £1600 or £2133 or only £533(£1600 for dependent + £533 for myself)? I have this confusion of whether I need to maintain £1600 or £2133 or £500... Your help would be highly appreciated...

If you have lived in the UK for 12Months or more
You need (800 for urself, plus 533 for your wife)

If less than 12 Months
You still need 800 for yourself plus 1600 for your wife

To answer the original question: the necessary amount in your case is 533 (only). I don't agree with comments that the PBS migrant needs to show a maintenance requirement in situations where he or she is not applying at the same time as the PBS dependant.
