Maintenance funds for tier 2 Dependents

Hi,
I am looking forward to make an in-country application to change from my existing visa (Tier 2 ICT) to Tier 2 General Dependent. For this, am looking for some guidance from the Senior Members on following two points:

1. Who is responsible to show the maintenance funds of £630, me or my spouse. The scenario is that I had just sub £600 in July. Can that amount be split across my two accounts or across my and my wife's account?

2. What all documents have to be submitted along with the application.
