Maintenance (funds) statements

I made a gaffe and requested a letter stating my lowest balance in a 90 day period (and not 91 which qualifies as 3 months). However as part of the Earnings Assessment I have original statements that are covering more than a 3 month period. Is it all right I use the same statements for both sections of my application (and indicate in the covering letter) as it would be of great pain to wait for another letter or another copy of the statements (which took forever to get stamped).

Yes, it is fine to use original bank statements for both "previous earnings" and "maintenance" sections. But make sure that the final date falls within one month before the date of application.
