Maintenence Funds Query

Maintenence Funds Query

Hi

I am applying for the Tier 1 visa next week at Chennai VFS.
I have a query regarding the Maintenance Funds.

1. I am using my Salary account with Axis Bank to show my Earnings and the Maintenance Funds which has the required 2800 pounds for the past three months. Is this okay?

2. I am showing a 12 Month Statement Obtained from the Axis Bank on a Dot Matrix Printer with their logo, but this is only stamped on each page and not signed. Is this Okay?

3. Is it absolutely necessary to get a bank letter stating the funds maintained during the 3 months? Because when I requested for a Letter they have just gave me a letter stating my Name and Address along with the duration I have been holding the account with them.

OK!

It is as per guidance!

Not necessary, if it is covered by bank statements

Qualifications Documents Query

Hi

I have another query regarding the Qualifications

I have completed my MSC Optoelectronics (Full Time) in Northumbria University UK in 2006 this is also present in the Points Calculator.

I have the Original Degree Certificate and Marks Transcript (This is in Black and White format).

I am using the above two documents to claim points for

Earnings
UK Experience
English Language Skill Requirement

Are these sufficient to claim the points or would I need any letters from the University.

Check in the PBS Calculator if your MSC Optoelectronics (Full Time) in Northumbria University UK in 2006

Qualifies you for both:

1. Educational Qualification
2. English Language

so that you dont need to use ur degree certificate..
