Maltese (EU country) citizenship for £500,000 without living

Malta, which joined the EU in 2004, will offer the citizenship and passport from next month all you have to pay is £500,000 but won't have to live in country

EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020

I could find nothing about it.
